THE SCIENCE PARK’S ARRANGEMENTS FOR BANK HOLIDAY 4TH AND 5TH JUNE

Building access 

Innovation Centre/Concourse/Legacy Building:

Access control cards will be required to gain access to all buildings on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5th June 2012.

Reception Services 

There will be no reception services at The Concourse Building on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012

There will be skeleton reception services at The Innovation Centre on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012

Postage 

There will be no mail deliveries or collections on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012

Catering  

The Innovation Centre/Mount Charles Catering:

Closed Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012

The Pump-House:

Opened as normal from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012

Access Barriers 

Access through barriers will operate as normal 24/7 for people with access cards,

Tickets will only be dispensed between 10.00 and 17.00 hours on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012,

There will be no validation services provided on Monday and Tuesday 4^th & 5^th June 2012 and tenants expecting guests will need to make prior arrangements with the Science Park

There will be the availability of a Pay Station at rear of The Innovation Centre if prior arrangements have not been made – charges apply as per signage
