JULY 2012 HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS

Park Access

Access through barriers will operate as normal 24/7 for people with access cards,

Any tenants expecting guests on Thursday 12^th or Friday 13^th July will need to make prior arrangements with the Northern Ireland Science Park and issue PIN to their guest in advance

On Thursday 12^th and Friday 13th July 2012 tickets will dispensed and validated only between 10:00 and 17:00 hours (weekend schedule) to facilitate visitor access to The Pump-House – outside these hours will be by arrangement as above

There is a Pay Station at rear of The Innovation Centre if prior arrangements have not been made – charges apply as per signage

Individual Building access

The Innovation Centre/The Concourse 1/The Concourse 2/The Legacy Building

Access control cards will be required to gain access to all buildings on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th July 2012

Access to ECIT and White Star House will be managed by QUB and Citi and further detail should be obtained from QUB or Citi

Reception Services

There will be no reception services at The Concourse 1, Concourse 2 or The Innovation Centre on Thursday 12th July 2012

There will be skeleton reception services at The Innovation Centre only on Friday 13th July 2012

Postage

There will be no mail deliveries or collections on Thursday 12th July 2012

Normal collections will resume on Friday 13^th July 2012
