Programme Manager – Springboard
Northern Ireland Science Park is seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to drive and develop the Springboard programme for NISP CONNECT. NISP CONNECT’s 20 Year Goal and Vision is to transform Northern Ireland into one of the most entrepreneurial knowledge economies in the world.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the Springboard programme which is a business coaching and mentoring programme. You will assist hi-tech and life science entrepreneurs develop their business models, facilitate introductions to Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) with specific domain /market knowledge and co-ordinate customised panels of professionals to whom they will present their concepts and plans.
In the development of this programme you will seek to build existing networks and develop new local and international connections to promote the programme, increase the annual intake of qualified applications, recruit qualified Entrepreneurs/Executives in Residence and achieve target participation rates.
As an individual you will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) have 8 years’ PQE with a strong track record success in business and be familiar with the science, technology and entrepreneurial business sectors. You will have the gravitas to influence and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders including investors, venture capital professionals and entrepreneurs and a disciplined, planned approach to co-ordinate programmes to deliver against performance targets.
