Businesses know that details of their particular investment opportunity will be seen by people who are actively looking to invest in private companies. These investors bring business experience in addition to the financial resources that they may invest.
Our matching activity is conducted in a controlled manner:
- Investors initially see a brief 8-10 line outline of the business and the investment opportunity
- If interested, they can access a more detailed summary giving key information about the business and the investment opportunity.
- Requests for additional information and specific questions are forwarded to businesses.
- Details are also held on our website.
halo arranges and facilitates investment forums between investors and businesses.
We continue to monitor and facilitate exchanges between all the parties involved. If requested we are available to get involved at any stage.
halo also creates further opportunities for investors to network by hosting seminars on topics of interest.
