Programme Overview:
People are the key to any business and incentivising and retaining key staff is critical for any employer who wishes to grow its business. This seminar will look at different approaches to reward individual talent, develop committed employees and maximise individual and team performance using employee stock and stock options. The programme will be hosted by Pinsent Masons and with a highly experienced expert panel of successful entrepreneurs.

About the speakers
Christine Yuill
Christine is a senior associate in Pinsent Masons corporate team and is based in their Glasgow office. She specialises in corporate tax and employee benefits including advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, property tax issues including VAT and SDLT and in relation to a broad range of employee incentive schemes and employee benefit trust arrangements. She has advised in relation to the share schemes aspects of a number of acquisitions, public takeovers and IPOs.
