How do you make the most of a term sheet? What should you expect from the venture capital process? Join NISP CONNECT, Carson McDowell, and a panel of experts as they provide practical and relevant information on the art of the term sheet.

Attend this workshop and you will learn:

How to recognize the most important issues in the term sheet.
How much negotiating leverage you have, and where negotiations are likely to end up on the key points.
Employment and Founder equity terms.
The pros and cons of venture financing.
What you can expect to get from the venture capitalist other than money.

Carson McDowell Partner, Neasa Quigley,will offer professional guidance on what entrepreneurs and their advisors need to know about how to get a term sheet from a venture fund, and how to get the best deal. Following her presentation will be a panel discussion with experts.
