These four Buildings, from 23,000 sq.ft. to 56,000 sq. ft. provide agile accommodation options ranging from 400 sq. ft. upwards.
Our focus on flexibility not only includes the design of our buildings and the types of activities they can accommodate but also the duration of lease terms. At present we provide accommodation solutions ranging at one extreme, the use of a desk with one months commitment, through to the other extreme of a 15-year lease of an entire building!
