The Legacy Building
Opened at the start of 2006, The Legacy Building is a 23,000 sq. ft., two storey facility providing units ranging from 5,000 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft.
Tenants can utilise the conference facilities,
corporate catering, cafe and break out area available at
The Innovation Centre and elsewhere at The Park.
Each unit contains:
- Gas fired air conditioning
- Intruder and Fire Alarm Systems
- Independent structured cabling and data points for each unit
- Modular direct/indirect lighting luminaries
- Ceiling, wall and floor finishes
- Individual electricity and gas metering
- Mechanical air handling
