The  Concourse will consist of three main buildings, linked with two glazed hinges.The buildings will each comprise of 5 storeys with in excess of 10,000 sq. ft. of lettable space available on each floor. The layout has been designed to provide a large rectangular floor plate which can be sub-divided into smaller units if required.


Construction will commence in October 2007 and will be available for fit-out September 2008
